This product is something unusual and one I haven’t seen before, its a “salt pipe” that looks a bit like your usual asthma puffer but instead of dispensing Ventolin or something similar into the lungs to reduce inflammation, it instead contains only salt crystals.

Apparently when you breathe in, the air flows over or through the salt crystals before passing into your lungs, cleansing them naturally. Its an asthma preventative rather than a treatment, but I thought it was worth a mention as apparently it can be quite effective (not to mention it is drug-free).
